Citations of ChemPubSoc Europe journals increased by more than 100 % in the last five years and almost 500 % in the last ten years.
To date 15 national chemical society journals have been merged and relaunched as a suite of globally acclaimed society owned and co-owned journals, as demonstrated by the release of the latest first Impact Factors:
ChemistryOpen has received its first Impact Factor of 2.938, which makes it the highest ranked open-access general chemistry journal within the multidisciplinary chemistry category (2013 Journal Citation Report). To celebrate this, publication in ChemistryOpen will be free until June 2015.
ChemPlusChem received an impressive first Impact Factor of 3.242, confirming its top quality and importance within the chemistry community. Strict peer review and swift publication times have kept authors coming back time and again, and it looks poised to become a flagship journal for excellent multidisciplinary research.
