A support website to coordinate relief efforts by the scientific community in response to the devastating earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan has been set up by the Nippon Science Support Network, a global initiative.
The website contains a database that is meant to be used by scientists and funding bodies to upload open positions for Japanese guest students/research fellows, travel stipends, dedicated funding resources for research stays, and to help with scientific infrastructure such as freezer space and computational infrastructure.
