Each issue of Progress in Photovoltaics contains a list of recently published journal articles most relevant to advances in the rapidly developing technology of photovoltaics, from research to practical application.
The latest list, which was compiled by Santosh Shrestha, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, is drawn from an extremely wide range of journals, including IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Journal of Applied Physics, Applied Physics Letters, Progress in Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Materials, and Solar Cells.
Dr. Shrestha, what was your motivation to get involved in compiling these literature lists?
The main motivation is to help the readers of Progress in Photovoltaics keep up-to-date in the field of Photovoltaics. This also helps me familiarize myself with the latest developments in this field.
How is your research related to this field?
My main research interest is in third generation photovoltaic cells. I also teach photovoltaic courses. Therefore, I routinely search the latest publications in this field.
