In the Communications section, A. Lützen et al. present an octanuclear metallosupramolecular cage designed to exhibit spin-crossover behavior (see picture). P. W. Roesky et al. describe an approach towards recyclable homogeneous catalysts through platinum-crosslinked single-chain nanoparticles. K. Wu et al. succeeded in steering on-surface reactions by a self-assembly approach, and J.-Q. Yu et al. achieved ligand-promoted meta-C–H functionalization of benzylamines.
