Answer a) is correct.
Answer c) might blow up your budget.
Answer b) is very dangerous: Residual lube oil from the air compressor is deposited as a thin film inside the pipe. After the pipe is put back into service, the oil-oxygen mixture can ignite and rupture the pipe. The cause of ignition could be, e.g., compression at a closed valve.
