News from the ChemPubSoc Europe Presidents’ Meeting

Facts and Numbers

Publication times have been significantly reduced, not least because of the introduction of the new Editorial Manager system, tailored to the needs of the portfolio and introduced in February 2014. Double-digit growth of articles was published in spite of the sharp learning curve for all involved in the publishing process.

Usage grew not unexpectedly at a higher rate. This was fueled by the introduction of apps for all ChemPubSoc Europe titles. Outside Europe, the growth was particularly obvious, a clear sign of the continuously growing relevance all over the world of the chemistry published in ChemPubSoc Europe journals.
