ACG Capsules introduces the first fully vegan printed capsules for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies. Made from plant-based polymers like hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), ACG’s vegan printed capsules are certified by Vegan Action and The Vegetarian Society. According to the company, HPMC delivers performance characteristics comparable to animal-sourced gelatin. Other animal-free products include polymers like pullulan and starch.

ACG’s vegan printed capsules are available in three ink color options—green, black, and brown—that can be applied across the entire HPMC capsule portfolio.
