About Us

ChemistryViews is the online science magazine of Chemistry Europe, an organization of 16 European chemical societies. It informs about what is happening in the global chemistry community and has a strong focus on the people behind the science—scientists, industry experts, policymakers, students, and all voices with valuable insights. It covers new ideas, educates, and entertains.

The magazine offers in-depth articles, expert commentary, research highlights, interviews with prominent scientists, historical perspectives, and educational content. It addresses current challenges, and engages with ongoing community discussions, including ethics and inclusion. Additionally, it provides opportunities to explore industry trends, attend relevant conferences, and stay informed on awards open for nominations.

Our vision is to connect and inspire the global chemistry community through accessible, high-quality content that breaks barriers and explores new ways of communication. By sparking curiosity and promoting chemical science, we aim to elevate Chemistry Europe’s impact worldwide, providing especially European chemists with a strong and independent voice.
