In this issue, J. Gong et al. review nanostructured materials for heterogeneous electrocatalytic CO2 reduction. What mechanisms are related to such reactions? In a Minireview, M. J. Krische et al. discuss alkynes as electrophilic or nucleophilic allylmetal precursors in transition-metal catalysis. The Highlights deal with the geometry of a holmium(III)-based single-molecule magnet (T. Kajiwara) and the catalytic reversible arylation of phosphines and sulfides (R. J. Lundgren).

In the Communications section, A. A. Deniz et al. describe how reentrant phase transitions drive dynamic substructure formation in ribonucleoprotein droplets (see picture). A. Kuhn et al. succeeded in the anisotropic deposition of metal on titania particles by electric-field-induced charge separation. E. M. Carreira et al. report a stereoselective synthesis of piperidines by iridium-catalyzed cyclocondensation.
