Ethisphere, an institute defining and measuring corporate ethical standards, has released its annual list of the world’s most ethical companies. Chemical companies are also listed among the 131 companies from 21 countries and 45 industries: Eastman Chemical Company, USA, Ecolab Inc., USA, and 3M, USA. 3M and Eastman Chemical have been included in the list for three years in a row.

Ethisphere says, companies on the list are measured by their success at “promoting ethical business standards and practices internally, enabling managers and employees to make good choices, and shaping future standards by introducing tomorrow’s best practices today”.
