Stockmeier Urethanes GmbH & Co. KG, Lemgo, Germany, has bought Greenfield Polymers Ltd. (GPL), Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, UK.

GPL is a provider of material, solutions and services to industries, and is active in the fields of electronics grade potting compounds and electrical encapsulants as well as adhesives and sealants for numerous industry sectors. It has sales and distribution in the UK, Scandinavia, the Middle East, North America and the PR China.

Stockmeier Urethanes expects to extend its product portfolio through the acquisition, and gain better access to currently underrepresented markets and regions to complement its production and development locations in Germany, France and the US.
