Other highlights:

- 38 % of our journals have an IF over 5.
- All the ChemPubSoc Europe journals that are eligible for Impact Factors are now over 3.
- An article published in ChemPubSoc Europe journals and their sister journals has been cited, on average, 7 times, (dividing the total cites by the total number of articles used in the 2011 Impact Factor calculation, that is, a true average impact factor of 7 for all these journals).
The increase of the Impact Factors is, amongst others, a result of the strict emphasis on scientific diligence that all of you insist on in your various dealings with the editorial office, either by submitting good manuscripts, by returning thorough referee reports, or by providing helpful guidance and suggestions.
We thank all of you for your valuable contributions to this result.
